My Friday Night in Aussie =D

For many people, Friday night in Aussie = partying hard ...
lol, while for me and my friends, instead of partying, we go for some more healthy activities.
It's gradually become our tradition to go Levin's sis, Ivy's house for a family dinner and cell group activities.

Ivy's house is at Blackburn and almost every Friday, we will made our way there and Ivy and Brett will fetch us from the train station.
We love to go there because we always feel comfortable and warm in there in her house, like can feel some sort of family warmy there. hehe .. and we met great people there also.

Ivy is a very nice and kind women, and she can cook lotsa lotsa nice dishes and desserts, which attracts us to go there every week.
Her homecook dishes are really delicious. This is what we have during the second time we dining there. The fried pork chop, stew beef and cabbage.

and our dessert, traditional kuih.. so Malaysian right !! <3 and besides having dinner there, we always have some games or activities which I gain alot of knowledge and learn lotsa things from what they trying to message us.

For example, this pictionary games.

we were grouped based on the results of our psychology test on personality. And I really can feel that me and my teamates have similarities to same extent throughout the games. and then what we gain is we get to understand more about our strength and weakness. and at the same time, we also get to understand more about our peers.
The kids Louie hugging is Samuel, Ivy's son, quite cute and naughty sometimes, master in chess lolz. He beat many adults in chess games.

And during Levin and my birthday, Ivy really made alot of yummy stuffs for us.. and because Mooncake festival was around the corner during that time, she also made mooncake for us, which is very yummy too !!<3We always feel home and enjoyed ourselves very much there.

And the scene of the adults challenge Samuel in chess always take place every week.we girls enjoyed much much ~~

haha, and sometimes there is some talent show there too. Levin and Tom performing "wedding Dress" dance.

This is super yummy, I love this so much, the 卤猪肉

and the yummy brownies dessert. Curry Chicken ~~Ivy also taught us how to bake cookies.

While Levin taught us how to bake Pavlova, Australian dessert.Siblings~~The cookies we bake, yum.and the yummy Pavlova.

Masterchef Levin.Last night, Ivy cooked us Chicken Rice. OMG it's so yummy !! I think it's yummier than any chickecn rice sold in restaurant in Melb. The Chili she made is really very very good and we guys actually finished all of the chili !! haha..

and the desserts also very yummy !! the apple strudle ~~ Love this heaps.

and we also had some mini games there which I learnt alot of new vocab and general knowledge there too.

So ya, we really enjoyed our Friday night at Ivy's house much.

Thanks alot Ivy for always welcoming us, fetching us, cook us lotsa nice foods and planning games and activities for us.

and also thanks Brett (another cool Australian who can speak Mandarin) for always sharing us for life experience and fetching us back to our apartment during late night.

Royal Melb show

Yes, it's our first year here so we went to the annual Royal Melbourne Show for the first time.
What is RMS?? basically it's like a fun fair with lotsa rides, exhibitions and show.

so we bought the promotion tickets online and made our way to Melbourne Showground where the show took place. here's our tickets, AUD44 including entry fee and AUD40 ride voucher.
Here we are, at the Royal Melb show, it was so sunny that day, which is a great day for outdoor activities. =D love the Sun here.First, we went to an animal exhibition first. There're lotsa farm livestock there, like cattle, sheep, goat, horse etc. and we got the opportunity to milk the cow also.
Haha, was milking the cow for the second time. first time was at Philip Island. The cow nipple feels so warm lolz. thanks Pura (best milk brand in Aussie) for having this event.

Then we went to watch the horse racing there. so yengness la, the horse rider, most of them are very young and some of them are children.

so after warming up abit around, we went for our first ride !!! Space Roller !!

haha, by looking at it already felt sick right~~ lolz, haha, it was so scary when the thing flipping me all over =.= haha, but btw, Louie shouted louder than everyone of us !! hahaha.

then, we just walked around the Ferris Wheel showground. so niceee. =D haha, me sampat with the Ferris Wheel.

oh by the time it's too sunny and we felt really hot. and was waiting for some show, so we camwhore awhile.

then it's lunch time !! my Nando Classic Chicken, taste ok.

and then we visited some pig and sheep farm there. haha me with the sheep.~~

here they are, Laura and Yen Mei ~~ After that, we decided to go for a milder second ride as the first ride really scared most of us. haha. we went for the not so thrilling Crazy Coaster.

Yet it was quite fun hahaha.

ok, The third ride, FREESTYLE !! The name itself is already so scary right !! haha

was supposed to have this ride as promised Laura, but then, I just gave up because it's look too over for me !! lolz. sorry ya Laura ~~nah, this is how the freestyle rides looks like. haha, so in the end, only Laura, Yen Mei and Wee Min went for the rides~~ here are they before the thrilling journey begins.

while me and SookYee went for a milder third rides. what this called I forgot d.~~haha, not bad quite fun also, I enjoyed the moment stayed high up and look down, can see the whole view of RBS.

So it was evening d, and most of us got tired . so we just 带着依依不舍的心情踏上归途。

and then when we was on the tram back right, I spotted the Laksa King restaurant. so I just spontaneously ask them, hey Jom Laksa King. then Yen Mei said, Jom.

and really, we just got down the tram at the next stop.

Lol it was without any planning yet I love our randomness.

haha, had lotsa fun in this short one week Mid sem break.

yet ate alot, which wasted my gym effort.

so I declared to my friends that I won't be joining them dining out until I reached my safe weight.

because am going back Malaysia soon, which mean my 审查时间gonna reachh =.=
